I was actually stunned at how easy it was at Brilliance Honda. I have had some HORRIBLE experiences throughout my life purchasing new vehicles. ![]() Max was very organized, had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle and makes a great cup of hot chocolate!! Max also really shows that he cares about the customer. He came in on his day off because of my busy schedule and never made me feel rushed. Max is a very personable and extremely friendly salesman. Bob also had to search for the color of the vehicle I wanted and completed a dealer trade promptly so I could have the car I wanted, which, since there were only 2 in the Chicago area was very impressive.īob set me up with Max Ring to complete the transaction. Bob obviously takes your business seriously and cares about the customer. Some of the dealerships had 4 or 5 sales people respond to me and typically it was with different prices for the same vehicle. Bob's response was also not just some automated reply. The price Bob quoted to me was the best price I received from the dealerships that responded. I requested an internet quote from the dealership and received a very prompt response from Bob Daniel. I was actually shocked how easy buying a car from Brilliance Honda was. ![]() If you consider this dealership, reconsider. I will never return to this dealership because of this. As I was about to leave, Jeff said "He will tell you the same thing." and laughed. Do you just want me to write you a check?" After asking to speak to his manager I was told that he was not in and that he was on vacation, but should be back in a few days. After going into the dealership and asking Jeff why this was never expressed to us, he replied with "I didn't have to. We found out that they secretly rolled negative equity from our trade-ins into the leases, without our consent or knowledge. After a few months, and much disappointment, we decided that these cars are not that great (not a smooth ride, out-dated technology, cheap wipers, poor build quality)and looked into trading in, again. Once the paperwork was signed we were told that one of the vehicles was not in stock yet and we could pick it up in a few days, this was shocking, I didn't know that we could be sold a vehicle they did not have nor inspected. After hours waiting for paperwork and being pushed into add-ons we finally got the paperwork signed. After looking at multiple cars we chose two (2) 2012 Civic EXs and agreed on a price for the new vehicles and trade-ins. We brought our two (2) 2010 Honda Civics into the dealership to start looking into new vehicles, I like to have the latest and greatest. After having a great buying experience with this dealership once, my fiance and I had great expectations, until we started working with Eva Gagliardi and Jeff Deters.
